Pierre is a university graduate who has worked in the audit and examinations field, first in profesional auditing and then for government in financial institution examinations. He moved the the Ministry of Industry and Trade where he served as an officer responsible for trade promotion.

Pierre was a key participant in the following projects:

• Banking System Reform including Strengthening of Banking Supervision - Vietnam
