To provide Technical Assistance in support of the
Credit Guarantee System for Economic Diversification
and Employment Project.
Provided capacity building and management advice to the project over a two-year period, extended to the end of 2018. Assisted the Credit Guarantee Fund to expand, to diversify, and to explore privatization. The work included strategic planning, product development, and increasing SME participation through partner institutions, and training.
