Our Methodology
The first step is listening
closely to what you are looking for. We
ask the right questions in order to fully
understand the intricacies and individualities
of the position. We work with you to understand
the urgency of the hire and whether there
is a need for confidentiality. We establish
a fair pay range that you are looking
to pay the successful applicant.
The second step is
sourcing the correct applicants that have
the range of skills and experience that
you are looking for. We do not limit where
we look in finding the correct applicant.
Our sources include but are not limited
to our personal databases, online databases,
advertisements and job postings, referrals
and sourcing directly from competitors.
The third step is the
thorough prescreening of the applicant.
This involves asking the applicants the
detailed questions that make it apparent
whether or not they are the right choice
for the position. This may involve the
testing and/or checking of a reference
to confirm that what has been discussed
is accurate. The end result is that all
candidates who we present to you are already
very close to your ideal.
We manage the hiring
process. This involves everything from
setting up interviews at times that work
for you, being in the loop as to whether
there are competing employment possibilities,
getting solid feedback from the applicants
themselves and checking all references.
When you have selected the candidate whom
you want to pursue we work hand-in-hand
with you to manage the close and to get
them to sign the offer.
We also guarantee our
work so that in case the candidate doesn’t
work out within a reasonable timeframe
we will work to help you achieve satisfaction.
